Our tubing, while is of the highest quality, is manufactured at random lengths, making large orders of the same size, color or width of tubing "custom orders". These custom orders are billed at a different rate than smaller orders of shorter lengths.

Custom domestic orders are shipped at the following delivery rates:

 

Orders under $699 will be charged a $35 processing fee + 5% shipping fee

Orders $700 - $1299 will be charged 5% shipping fee 

Orders over $1300 receive free shipping 

Standard sizes usually ship within 4 working days and custom orders ship within 2 weeks.

International orders are billed at full shipping rates.

**Color

While our standard colors only include natural amber and black, we can match your order to almost any color. Just send us a sample of the color you need.

**Size

We offer more than 200 size combinations that depend on:

• Inside diameters (see Product Info section) – Ranging from .031″ (0.787mm) to 1″ (25.4mm).

• Wall thicknesses – Available between 0.015″ (0.381mm) to .333″ (8.458mm).

 

**Length

We developed a custom cutting process where we can cut tubing in lengths from .063″ (1.6mm) to 50′ (15.24m) depending on size.

 

**Packaging

We package individual orders to customer's packaging and labeling requirements. We also offer three standard options to choose from:

• Reel Pack – Convenient dispensing reel that contains 50′ (15.24m) of non-continuous tubing.

• Box Pack – Sturdy, flip-top box that holds 50′ (15.24m) or 100′ (30.48m) of non-continuous tubing depending on size.

• Bulk Pack – Large shipping box that contains random tubing lengths depending on size and quantity.

**Minimum order is 3,000 feet for each color / size.
