• We offer flat rate shipping at a charge of $5.99 to any USA-domestic address serviced by our choice of shipping method. If we choose to use the United States Postal Service, you must provide a good address where they will deliver your merchandise.

• When you place an order before 6 pm EST and the order consists totally of in-stock items, it will be shipped within 2 business days (Monday-Friday) and should be received in 3 - 10 business days. We will notify you if we cannot ship within the promised time. Orders with out of stock item(s) may take an additional 6 - 9 business day to process and ship.

 

• We use the US Postal Service for most domestic shipping. In some cases, for larger shipments, we will use UPS Ground Shipping.

 

• We provide Express Shipping. We do not recommend this delivery option due to the stringent requirements of the U.S. Post office on this type of service. We're sorry, but we're unable to provide Express Shipping to P.O Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or any international order.

• International shipping rates are based on the delivery’s destination in addition to the weight of the order. Please note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

• Shipping fees are not refundable for preference returns, refusing delivery upon arrival, or if you're unable to accept the order at time of delivery.
